UKmate is a rental platform that digitalizes the entire renting process for overseas students and young professionals. This includes online viewings, sales consultations, tenant background checks, contract signing, deposit payments, and even property management. Its efficiency reduces the company's operating costs, tenancy signing costs, and landlord maintenance costs, ultimately benefiting both tenants and landlords.
UKmate serves 2,500 international students and 1,000 local professionals annually. The platform currently manages a 500 million portfolio of UK real estate investments and is rapidly expanding in London, Sheffield, Southampton, Reading, and other cities. The platform offers a wide range of properties, from luxury high-rises, villas, and shared accommodations for multiple occupants, to budget-friendly options. 30% of the properties on the platform are self-owned by UKmate and its development partners.
