Are you a confident, proactive Property Manager with a passion for creating high-quality shared living spaces? Investment Street is on the hunt for a dynamic HMO Property Manager to oversee our growing portfolio of shared homes.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage day-to-day operations of multiple HMO properties across Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Warwickshire Ensure compliance with all HMO licensing, fire safety, and local authority regulations Build strong relationships with tenants -- from onboarding to renewals and everything in between Oversee maintenance, safety checks, and repairs, keeping properties in top shape Coordinate cleaners, contractors, and maintenance teams efficiently Conduct regular inspections and ensure communal areas are well-maintained and welcoming

What You Bring:

Experience in HMO or residential lettings/property management Strong organisation and communication skills -- you're the calm in the chaos Tech-savvy and comfortable using property management software Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and great at multitasking Relevant qualifications (e.g. ARLA, Propertymark) are a big plus In-depth understanding of HMO regulations, safety standards, and compliance requirements would be advantageous
