We are looking for a proactive and highly organised
Holiday Camp Coordinator
to take responsibility for the planning, coordination, and smooth delivery of our multi-site holiday camp programmes.
This key role involves preparing all resources and logistics before each camp begins, visiting and supporting various camp venues throughout the season, and ensuring that every site operates to the highest standard of safety, engagement, and fun.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator and multitasker, capable of managing multiple priorities, supporting staff teams, and ensuring that each camp location is fully equipped and ready to deliver exceptional experiences for children and families.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and oversee the setup and daily running of multiple holiday camp locations.
Visit each camp site regularly to ensure smooth operations, staff support, and quality assurance.
Organise and distribute resources, equipment, and materials for all camp sites before and during the holiday period.
Liaise with site managers, activity leaders, and suppliers to ensure camps are well-prepared and efficiently run.
Support recruitment, training, and briefing of camp staff prior to camp openings.
Develop and maintain activity schedules that are engaging, age-appropriate, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records for attendance, staffing, and resources.
Act as a key point of contact for parents, staff, and venue representatives.
Ensure all safeguarding, health & safety, and organisational policies are implemented effectively.
Assist with post-camp evaluation and feedback to support continuous improvement.
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in coordinating multi-site programmes, events, or camps.
Excellent organisational and planning skills, with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively across several locations.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and support diverse teams.
Confident working independently and using initiative.
Knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety procedures (training provided if required).
Competent with basic IT tools (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace).
Full UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential.
