Wraparound Care & Holiday Club Manager

Location: Home-based (with regular travel across Suffolk, Essex & Kent, plus occasional travel to our HQ in Norfolk)

Full-Time | 35 hours per week

Salary: 26,000 - 32,000 (depending on experience)

We're looking for a Wraparound Care & Holiday Club Manager to lead, grow, and inspire our childcare provision across Suffolk, Essex, and Kent. From breakfast clubs before school to holiday camps full of fun and learning, you'll make sure our services are safe, consistent, and enriching for every child.

What You'll Do

Oversee the quality and delivery of all Wraparound Care and Holiday Club provision Ensure full Ofsted compliance and uphold safeguarding excellence Drive consistency and standards through audits, reviews, and performance management Lead, support, and inspire staff, setting clear roles and expectations Build strong partnerships with parents, schools, and local authorities Manage incidents, complaints, and safeguarding escalations appropriately Support growth, new site onboarding, and occupancy targets Oversee grant funding (including HAF) and ensure compliant reporting

What We're Looking For

Proven leadership in childcare, education, or playwork management Strong understanding of Ofsted, safeguarding, and regulatory frameworks Excellent communication, organisation, and public speaking skills Financial and operational acumen (budgeting, P&L management) Adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving ability Skilled in staff development, training, and performance management Confident using technology and managing reporting systems
