Play Worker at Level 3
Duties:
- Supervise and engage children in various play activities
- Create a safe and inclusive environment for children to explore and learn
- Plan and organize age-appropriate games, crafts, and recreational activities
- Assist with snack time and ensure children's dietary needs are met
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and equipment
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress and any concerns
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Skills:
- Experience working with children in a play or educational setting
- Knowledge of child development principles and practices
- Ability to engage children in creative and interactive play
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to connect with children of different ages and backgrounds
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
