The successful candidates will demonstrate an enthusiastic, proactive and problem-solving approach to the job. They will have the ability to manage customer expectations efficiently and professionally, be self-motivated and a can-do attitude for day-to-day issues.

The candidates will have previous holiday park experience or have transferable skills, as training will be given.

The position has a variety of duties, which include but will not be limited to the following:

Duties



Welcoming customers, providing excellent communication and a high standard of customer service Providing a high standard of cleanliness for our self-catering accommodation and our toilet and shower facilities Taking and processing bookings (training will be given) Dealing with customer queries Serving in the shop/reception Ensuring pitches are maintained and customers are pitched correctly Swimming pool cleaning Mowing and strimming on the park General Park maintenance
Candidates must have driving licences and need to be flexible, as the working hours include weekends.

This position can come with accommodation in a lodge on site.
