We are currently recruiting

Bank (as-needed) Home Care Assistants

to provide high-quality, person-led care across Edinburgh. This flexible role is ideal if you're looking for work that fits around your other commitments -

you choose your own availability

, with a

minimum of just 12 hours per month

.


What You Can Expect From Us




Weekly Pay

: 12.60 per hour on weekdays
Up to

14.25 per hour

on weekends


+

12.07% holiday pay

, paid on top of your hourly rate (so you'll earn 14.12 - 15.96 per hour including holiday uplift)

Flexible Shifts

: Choose from Morning (07:00-14:00) or Evening (16:00-22:00) - you tell us your availability

Training & Development

: You'll receive robust,

fully paid induction training

and opportunities for

ongoing development

, including support with SSSC registration and SVQs

Your Role Will Include

Delivering compassionate, respectful

personal care

to people in their own homes Supporting with daily living tasks like medication prompts, meal preparation, mobility, and household routines Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times Supporting clients with a range of needs, including

learning disabilities and long-term conditions

Communicating clearly and recording care in line with professional standards
