Serendip Home Care is a well-established home care agency based in New Milton.

We are in search of someone who could be a great addition to our experienced and very friendly team that is available to work 24- 40 Hours per week, weekdays, evenings and every other weekend.

Home Care Assistants with Serendip Home Care have the chance to make a real difference to people's lives, both at home and supporting them in the community. This is a role that varies from day to day.

Your Role

Serendip Care Workers are responsible for meeting the support requirements of our client's, in a way that respects the individual and promotes their independence. Travel to the customers own homes and assist them with daily tasks, helping them to stay as independent as possible

Who can apply

Anyone who has a valid driving license can apply, We provide all relevant training and paid shadowing shifts during your on boarding period.
