Field Care Supervisor

What You'll Be Doing:

Championing Client Care

: Ensuring our clients receive personalised, high-quality care that respects their uniqueness and needs.

Scheduling with Heart

: Organising rotas and managing schedules to ensure every shift is covered seamlessly.

On-Call Hero

: Stepping in when needed to maintain continuity of care and support our Angels on the frontlines.

Client Relationships

: Treating every client with the utmost respect, dignity, and privacy.

Prioritising Safety

: Maintaining high standards of care and swiftly addressing any concerns to ensure client well-being.

Empowering Our Team

: Supporting our Angels to deliver exceptional care while keeping team spirit high.

Ensuring Compliance

: Staying up to date with care regulations, ensuring our services exceed industry standards.

Client Advocacy

: Acting with empathy and always keeping our clients' best interests at heart.

Collaboration

: Working closely with our Registered Manager to deliver exceptional, person-centred care.
What We're Looking For:

Experience

: Previous experience in a care coordinator role or similar within home care or healthcare.

?

Knowledgeable & Compassionate

: A deep understanding of care regulations and a client-first mindset.

?

Strong Communicator

: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, both with clients and colleagues.

?

Organisational Superstar

: Highly organised, with leadership skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Driving Licence Required

: A valid driving licence, as the role may involve visiting clients.

Bonus Points

: Familiarity with Access People Planner software is a plus but not essential.
