We are looking for compassionate, dedicated, and reliable

Home Care Workers

to provide essential support to our clients, enabling them to live independently and with dignity in the comfort of their own homes in the

IG3 (Seven Kings, Goodmayes) and IG6 (Barkingside) areas of Ilford.



This rewarding role requires completing a consistent schedule of

4 care visits per day

, which may include

Double-Up Visits

(two carers supporting one client) for more complex care needs, within the local area.

The Role



As a Home Care Worker, you will be the heart of our service, delivering high-quality, person-centred care. Your duties will include:

Personal Care:

Assisting with washing, dressing, personal hygiene, and grooming.

Double-Up Support:

Working effectively with a colleague on complex moving and handling tasks or intensive personal care during designated double-up visits.

Medication Support:

Assisting or prompting with medication as prescribed (following full training).

Meal Preparation:

Preparing nutritious meals, snacks, and drinks.

Light Domestic Tasks:

Helping with essential household duties, such as light cleaning and laundry.

Companionship:

Providing valuable social support, conversation, and emotional encouragement.

Mobility Assistance:

Supporting clients with safe movement and transferring, using mobility aids where necessary.

What We're Looking For



A compassionate, reliable, and patient nature. Excellent communication and ability to work well as part of a

team (essential for Double-Up visits)

. The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively within the IG3/IG6 area. A commitment to providing high-quality, person-centred care. Previous experience is a bonus, but

not essential

--we provide full training! Due to the nature of the role and travel between

visits

, having a

valid UK Driving Licence and access to a reliable vehicle is highly desirable.
