About the Role

As a Home Care Worker, you will provide personalised support within clients' homes, helping with:

Personal care Meal preparation and nutrition Medication prompts Light household tasks Emotional support and companionship Promoting independence and wellbeing
You will work within a rota between

6am-10pm

, including alternate weekends.
