FEMALE Domiciliary Carers / Home Care Workers (Driver Required)

Northamptonshire & Surrounding Areas
Please note: we do not have a sponsorship license so are unable to facilitate sponsorship swaps.

Hours:

Our domiciliary care run is from 08:30-20:00.

What We're Looking For:

To be successful in this role, you

must

:

Hold a

valid UK driving licence

Have or be willing to obtain

Business Car Insurance

Be willing and able to

drive clients to appointments, activities, and errands.

What You'll Do:

You'll support clients as per their individual care plans. Your daily tasks may include:

Providing personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene) Medication prompting or administration Meal preparation and household support Supporting mobility and companionship Attending appointments and accessing the community Promoting independence and choice Responding calmly and confidently in case of emergencies or first aid needs

What We're Looking For:

A

genuine caring nature

and a passion for helping others

Great communication skills

and a positive attitude Prior care experience is a

bonus

but not essential - full training is provided! NVQ/QCF Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards it) is desirable

Pay: 12.42-12.71 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
