About the Role
As
Registered Manager
, you will take full responsibility for the management, compliance, and development of the home. You'll lead a dedicated team to provide outstanding care, achieve excellent outcomes, and ensure the home meets all regulatory and safeguarding requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Register the home with Ofsted and ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations and Quality Standards
Lead, support, and develop a skilled team to deliver high-quality, person-centred care
Foster a therapeutic and nurturing environment that promotes healing, stability, and personal growth
Oversee care plans, risk assessments, behaviour strategies, and day-to-day operations
Liaise effectively with local authorities, social workers, families, and external professionals
Monitor and manage budgets, staffing, and resources in line with organisational policies
Drive continuous improvement and work towards achieving and maintaining a Good or Outstanding Ofsted rating
What We're Looking For
? Minimum 2 years' experience as a Registered Manager in an EBD children's residential setting
? Proven track record of achieving
Good

Outstanding
Ofsted outcomes
? Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or working towards)
? Strong understanding of children's legislation, safeguarding, and quality care standards
? Inspirational leadership skills with a focus on development, accountability, and teamwork
? Deep commitment to improving the lives of children and young people with complex needs
