Full Time - 40 hours per weekSalary:
60,000 per year (depending on experience) + Excellent Performance-Related BonusAbout the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated
Nursing Home Manager
to lead our dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care and compliance. This is an excellent opportunity for an established leader who is passionate about providing outstanding person-centred care while driving operational and commercial success.Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily running of the nursing home, ensuring CQC standards are met and exceeded. Lead, mentor, and support staff to deliver excellent clinical and personal care. Maintain occupancy levels and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure the home operates efficiently and within budget. Build positive relationships with residents, families, and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
NMC Registered Nurse with relevant post-registration experience. Proven experience managing a nursing home successfully. Strong leadership and communication skills. Commercially astute with a focus on occupancy, compliance, and profitability. Sound knowledge of CQC standards, with a proven record of achieving Good or Outstanding ratings.
