This is a fantastic opportunity for an NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN, RNLD) with proven CQC management experience to shape outstanding elderly and dementia care.

About the Role: Home Manager

As the Home Manager, you will be the CQC Registered Manager, providing full strategic and operational leadership. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of clinical governance, resident wellbeing, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the Registered Manager for the CQC*, ensuring full compliance and leading all inspections.

Provide inspirational leadership to clinical and non-clinical teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Oversee the delivery of outstanding person-centred care, including nursing, residential, and dementia care*.

Manage the home's budget, resources, and occupancy levels to ensure a cost-effective, high-quality service.
Drive improvements in care quality*, resident satisfaction, and staff engagement.

Serve as the Clinical Lead*, ensuring all care practices meet NMC standards and best practices.

Candidate Requirements (Essential):

Valid NMC Pin (Must be a RGN, RMN, or RNLD*).

Proven experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a care homesetting.
Strong background in elderly care and dementia care*.

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
Sound financial and commercial acumen.
Desirable:

Management qualification such as Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care.
