Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong rapport with residents and their families

Requirements:
Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration
Proven leadership skills within a care or nursing home environment
Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
