Nursing Home Manager
to lead our dedicated team and ensure the highest standards of care for our residents.Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong rapport with residents and their families Leading and managing integrated care teams effectively Anticipating and responding to the needs of residents and staff Ensuring full compliance with all legislative and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with a valid NMC registration Proven leadership skills within a care or nursing home environment Strong knowledge of compliance and regulatory standards Excellent communication and organisational abilities
