Job Description
This is an exciting and varied role which presents an excellent opportunity to join Scotland's leading independent agent and promote our Sunday Times and Best Estate Agent Guide award-winning service.
We are seeking a property professional who is well presented, professional, personable and a team member who is pro-active in their approach to all aspects of our business.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and excellent computer and communication skills. Acting as first point of contact, the role will be primarily customer focused; on the telephone, answering online enquiries and dealing with clients and customers face to face in our office. This role is far more than just a frontline role and is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their sales and estate agency career.
The successful candidate will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic and great communication and sales skills.
Competent IT skills are a must and previous experience in estate agency or sales would be very advantageous.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
Full Time - Core hours are as follows:
36 Hours per week.
Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm
Friday 8am - 5pm
Annual Salary:
DOEFlexibility is required to cover office opening weekend hours and holiday periods. Competitive salary, 18 days annual leave, auto enrolment in the company pension scheme and employee benefits.
