This role involves assisting people with
daily living tasks, promoting independence, and ensuring comfort and safety at all times.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work confidently within person-centred care plans.
Previous experience in a care home or domiciliary care setting is advantageous but not essential -- full training is provided.

Responsibilities
Provide personal care including washing, dressing, and grooming.
Support clients with mobility, positioning, and safe transfers.
Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
Administer medication prompts and record care accurately.
Encourage independence while maintaining dignity and respect.
Offer companionship and emotional support.
Maintain clear and timely care records using our digital care system.
Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Drive or accompany clients to appointments or community activities (if applicable).
Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in home care or a care home (preferred, not essential).
Valid UK driving licence (desirable).
Good command of spoken and written English.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic IT skills for record-keeping and communication.
Reliable, organised, and able to follow detailed care plans.
Compassionate, professional, and patient approach to care.
Right to work in the UK and willingness to complete a DBS check.
