Where will you be working?



At M Group Telecom, we're enabling and enhancing telecom networks, playing a lead role in the delivery of our tech enabled future.



We deliver full network cycle services for fixed, private and mobile operators.



Mobile networks- We keep the country connected through the survey, design, installation and maintenance of private 5G networks, small cells, supporting Smart Cities & Connected infrastructure.

What will you be doing?



We're looking for a meticulous HOP Technician to ensure HOPs are "Right First Time" and accepted by clients. You'll translate project requirements into compliant HOPs, schedule activities to align with programme delivery, and monitor SLAs--escalating issues to your line manager. You'll keep site and customer trackers current, chase internal and external documentation, compile scheduled and ad?hoc milestone reports, and supply data for subcontractor meetings and departmental briefings. You'll also support ad?hoc administrative tasks (e.g. stats, REC power ordering, RAMS and HOPs).

What you'll bring?

You'll bring a proven track record of project delivery, strong IT/database skills (MS Office, Project, Excel, Access) and telco vendor experience; excellent written, verbal and senior?level presentation skills; the ability to prioritise, multitask and meet deadlines in pressured environments; a talent for building stakeholder relationships and working independently or in teams; a proactive, adaptable mindset that drives change. Technical IT/telecoms experience is advantageous.
