Overview


We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Equestrian Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a commitment to educating riders of all levels. This role involves developing training programmes, fostering a positive learning environment, and ensuring the safety and well-being of both riders and horses.

Responsibilities



Design and implement tailored training programmes for riders, focusing on skill development and performance improvement. Conduct individual and group coaching sessions, providing constructive feedback to enhance rider technique. Educate students on horse care, riding techniques, and competition preparation. Monitor the progress of riders and adjust training plans as necessary to meet their goals. Ensure all safety protocols are adhered to during lessons and events. Maintain a positive and encouraging atmosphere that promotes learning and growth. Collaborate with other staff members to organise events, competitions, and workshops.

Experience



Proven experience in sports coaching, particularly in equestrian disciplines. Strong educational background in equestrian studies or related fields is desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with students of varying ages and skill levels. A passion for horses and a solid understanding of their behaviour and care is essential. Previous experience in teaching or coaching roles will be an advantage.
