About Us

We are a thriving garden nursery located in Holmes Chapel, offering a busy and dynamic working environment. As our business grows, we are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Nursery Hand to join our team.

The Role

This is a physically active role involving a variety of tasks to support the smooth operation of the nursery. You will be responsible for assisting with stock management, preparing orders, maintaining a tidy and safe workspace, and loading/unloading vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

Helping to prepare and organize customer orders. Moving, arranging, and maintaining stock across the nursery. Loading and unloading vehicles safely and efficiently. Ensuring the nursery is kept clean, tidy, and adheres to safety standards. Supporting general operations as required.

Requirements

We're looking for someone with:

A

full UK driving licence

(essential). Experience within horticulture (preferred but not essential). A valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence (an advantage). A proactive attitude and willingness to work in a physically demanding role. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
