Responsibilities

Assist with food preparation and presentation in accordance with food safety standards. Provide exceptional guest services, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Support catering operations by helping set up and serve food at events. Engage in bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods, collecting glasses and washing them Assist in the kitchen with cleaning Participate in training sessions to enhance skills in culinary techniques and customer service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred Strong culinary skills with an understanding of food safety practices. Experience in catering or bartending. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour when interacting with guests. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays as required. A genuine passion for providing outstanding service within the restaurant or hotel environment.
