Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Hospitality Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest services in various settings, including our restaurants, and catering events. As part of our hospitality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience through outstanding service and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide excellent guest services by greeting and assisting guests in a friendly and professional manner. Assist with food preparation and presentation, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Support catering operations by setting up and breaking down event spaces as required. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, kitchens, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Handle guest inquiries and requests efficiently, ensuring satisfaction at all times. Assist bartending staff with drink preparation and service when necessary. Uphold high standards of hospitality throughout all interactions with guests.

Experience

Previous experience in hospitality roles such as catering, culinary, or restaurant services is preferred but not essential. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices is advantageous. Experience in guest services or hotel environments will be beneficial. A willingness to learn and adapt to various roles within the hospitality sector is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are crucial for success in this role.

Pay: 11.44-15.00 per hour
