About you...

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Host to provide an excellent customer experience. Excellent communication is essential to build a rapport with customers and colleagues alike. Experience working in a high volume venue is a vital to succeed in this role.

We are looking for someone who -

Is highly personable a smart appearance Is passionate about delivering excellent customer service Must have a can-do attitude, thrives in a busy working environment and is able to communicate clearly with our guests Must be able to speak and understand good English

Key Duties -

Welcome guests to the restaurant Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists Manage reservations Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas Greet customers upon their departure Coordinate with waiting staff about available seating options Maintain a clean reception area Cater to guests who require extra attention (e.g. children, elderly) Answer incoming calls and address customers' queries Assist waiting/bar staff as needed Nightclub waitress, providing VIP treatment to tables in the bar. Taking out bottles packages and attending to tables.

Hours...

Must be available to work weekends - evenings / mornings, and bank holidays Full time and part-time positions available Must be willing to work late evening shifts as well as day time.
