Hostel Team Member - Guest Experience & Operations

We're looking for a dedicated and friendly individual to join our hostel team and help create a clean, welcoming, and well-organized environment for travelers from around the world.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, is confident with basic computer tasks, and takes pride in maintaining a space that feels like home.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Reception: Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, assist with check-ins/outs, and provide helpful local information.

Cleanliness & Organization: Maintain high standards of cleanliness in common areas, dorms, bathrooms, and kitchen.

Administrative Support: Manage bookings, respond to emails, and update guest records using our digital systems.

Atmosphere Building: Help foster a friendly, inclusive, and respectful environment for guests and staff alike.

What We're Looking For:

Strong communication skills and a positive attitude

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets, booking platforms)

Reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset

Previous hostel or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

English proficiency (Another language is a bonus)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 12.21 per hour

Work Location: In person
