The Full Moon Backpackers Hostel is looking for new Receptionist to join our team!

The Full Moon and Attic Bar is an independent, family run, multipurpose venue on Stokes Croft in Central Bristol, with a bar, hostel, pop up restaurants, nightclub and guest house all rolled into one!

We're looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and professional team member to join our busy and vibrant reception team here at the Full Moon Backpacker Hostel! Our lively backpacker hostel is aimed at international travelers looking to visit Bristol for leisure and tourism!

We are looking for someone with;

Strong interpersonal skills Ability to maintain the highest level of customer service at all times Enthusiasm to learn the daily operations of the Hostel A Confident and friendly manor to engage with guests, in person, via email and via phone Confidence in handling challenging situations A passion for travel and culture!
It is essential that the right candidate for the job has;

Previous experience in customer service/hospitality Computer literate/good IT skills Great time management The ability to remain calm and collected in challenging situations Ability to use initiative in a fast paced environment Ability to work independently and in a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week
