Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Valet Hot Tub Technician responsible for delivering exceptional service by safely transporting, installing, and maintaining hot tubs at client locations. This role requires attention to detail, strong customer service skills, and the ability to operate specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will ensure the proper setup, cleaning, and troubleshooting of hot tubs to guarantee customer satisfaction and safety.

Responsibilities

Safely transport hot tubs to designated client locations using appropriate equipment and techniques Install, set up, and connect hot tubs according to manufacturer specifications and safety standards Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and water treatment to ensure optimal operation of hot tubs Troubleshoot technical issues and perform minor repairs as needed Provide excellent customer service by explaining features, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used Follow all safety protocols during transportation, installation, and maintenance activities

Requirements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Prior experience with hot tub installation or maintenance is preferred but not required; training will be provided Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in various outdoor conditions Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow detailed instructions
