We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our esteemed hotel. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service while maintaining a high standard of operational efficiency. The Hotel Manager will be responsible for managing staff, enhancing guest experiences, and driving the overall success of the hotel.

Duties

Lead and supervise hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional development. Oversee guest services to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and effectively. Manage human resources functions including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of hotel personnel. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and guest experience. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and forecasting, to ensure profitability. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations across the hotel. Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while promoting a safe environment for both guests and staff. Utilise multilingual skills to cater to a diverse clientele, enhancing communication with guests from various backgrounds.

Experience

Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are highly desirable to enhance guest relations. Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Familiarity with hotel management software and operational procedures is an advantage.
