Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a warm and friendly atmosphere. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly, providing information about hotel services and local attractions. Prepare continental breakfast Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front desk area. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Manage phone calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Assist in resolving any guest complaints or issues in a courteous manner. Support the hotel management team in various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is highly desirable. Strong guest service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests from diverse backgrounds. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are an asset, enhancing communication with international guests. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
