We are currently seeking a reliable and enthusiastic

Breakfast Chef

to join our friendly team of three chefs at our hotel in

West Bridgford, Nottingham

.

This role involves sole responsibility for preparing and delivering a

buffet-style breakfast service

, ensuring a high standard of fresh, well-presented food for our hotel guests.

Key responsibilities include:

Independently managing the breakfast shift and buffet setup. Preparing and presenting breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard. Ensuring the buffet is replenished and maintained throughout service. Undertaking daily food preparation tasks to support the wider kitchen team. Ensuring all kitchen operations comply with hotel policies and procedures.

Working Hours:

Shifts run from

6:30 AM to 10:30 AM

, Monday to Sunday. A

minimum contract of 3 days per week

(12 hours total). Additional hours may be available to cover staff absences or holidays - to be discussed at interview.
