Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily operations within our establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the hotel, managing staff, and providing an outstanding experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Lead and motivate staff to deliver high standards of hospitality and guest services. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner. Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Assist in training and development of team members, fostering a positive work environment. Manage staffing levels and schedules to meet operational needs. Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as necessary. Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the premises.

Requirements

Proven supervisory experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is essential. Strong background in guest services, with a focus on enhancing the customer experience. Experience in human resources functions, including recruitment and staff management. Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele. Excellent leadership abilities with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
