We are looking for an experienced Duty Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the organisation, including overseeing staff, resolving customer complaints, and ensuring that all safety and security protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a strong attention to detail. The Duty Manager must also be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the business.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Provide leadership and guidance to staff.
Monitor customer service standards and ensure they are met.
Maintain accurate records of daily operations.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
