General Responsibilities

Work closely with the General Manager and Operations Manager Supervise daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Communicate, lead and motivate the team to deliver outstanding guest services. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the hotel. Assist in training new staff members and provide ongoing support for team development. Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to within the establishment.

Requirements

Experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting is desirable. Great leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills A customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Proficiency in using hotel management software is beneficial but not essential. Access to your own transport. (Please note, Sella Park Country House is not serviced by public transport. Hence, candidates must have access to their own transport).

N.B - Must be able to reliably commute to and from the hotel as no live in accommodation is provided - if own transport some subsidised accommodation may be available within our estate but not at the hotel, this is also not service by public transport

Pay: From 14.25 per hour
