We are delighted to announce the reopening of Powfoulis Manor Hotel, a beautifully restored, family-owned luxury manor blending timeless elegance with modern comfort. Following an extensive refurbishment, the hotel is preparing for a grand opening that will celebrate its rich heritage, charm and exceptional hospitality. We are now seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel General Manager to lead our team and shape the future of this landmark property.

The Role

As

General Manager

, you will oversee all hotel operations, ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences, strong commercial performance and a culture of excellence that reflects our family values.

You will:

Provide inspirational leadership across all departments. Drive operational excellence and guest satisfaction. Manage budgets, profitability and strategic business objectives. Build, train and motivate a world-class hospitality team. Represent the hotel as its ambassador in the local and wider hospitality community.

About You

We're looking for a leader who embodies professionalism, passion and integrity.

You will have:

A minim of 5 years' experience in a senior management or GM role within a 4-5 star hotel. Proven success in driving operational and financial performance. A hands-on leadership approach with excellent communication skills. Strong commercial awareness and strategic insight. A genuine passion for luxury hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences. Experience in pre-opening or refurbishment projects (advantageous).
