Job Description

Main responsibilities

Undertaking Preventative Planned Maintenance (PPM) tasks Painting, wall paper and decoration Electrical troubleshooting Replace tubes, lamps and lamp fittings Minor room, corridor and refurbishment Unblock sinks, toilets and drains as required Repair leaks, fit new tap washers, repair ballcocks etc Light Plumbing installations as required Adjust doors, tighten hinges, change or fit locks and door closer Water testing for temperatures and diseases etc Any other duties of a similar nature as required by the hotel management.

Requirements

hold a valid driving licence is an additional Work experience as a Hotel maintenance or similar role Proven property/building maintenance experience in carpentry, plumbing, wall paper, tiling and decoration works Ability to work under pressure and in a busy team environment Flexible with shift patterns, early mornings and late nights if required Legal right to work in the UK
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
