Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Hotel Maintenance person to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in maintenance. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities, providing exceptional service to our guests while maintaining high standards of safety and functionality.

Duties

Conduct routine inspections of hotel facilities, identifying and addressing maintenance issues promptly. Perform repairs and maintenance on various systems, including plumbing, electrical Read and interpret schematics to assist in repairs and installations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest requests for maintenance assistance in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules that minimise disruption to guests.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a maintenance role, preferably within the hospitality industry. Strong electrical experience with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems effectively. Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication within the team and with guests. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety.
