Job Description

The Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington is seeking full-time Night Receptionist who will be responsible for:

To accurately register guests into the hotel, as well as check guests out of the hotel, making provisions for when the system is down for night audit, maintaining records of transactions to be posted onto the live system To assist the Night Shift Leader by undertaking miscellaneous additional tasks, for example, checking market codes, passport numbers and nationality To efficiently respond to any guest enquiries and by communicating effectively to colleagues and superiors To be fully cognisant with the hotel computer system and apply the knowledge in the most appropriate manner according to the guest requirements To have full knowledge of Hotel room rates and policies as applied to guest, and to actively earn revenue for the hotel To process non-arrival reservations, researching the booking to make sure it is accurate in all respects

Night Receptionist will have:

Experience and knowledge of Opera Cloud Capacity to complete jobs within the deadlines Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure
