Working Hours:
37.5 hours per week covering a mix of early shifts (7am - 3pm) and late shifts (3pm - 11pm).
Occasional night shifts as required.

The role / duties:
As Hotel Porter you will be required to carry out a range of tasks including:
Welcoming guests to the hotel and dealing with their requirements and requests throughout their stay.
Assisting in answering the phones.
Responding to guest enquiries.
Servicing conference rooms.
Preparation and delivery of room service meals.
Assisting the housekeeping department with the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.
Supporting the Duty managers by handling certain receptionist duties
Skills:
We are looking for someone with a broad range of skills and experience that should include;
Social confidence. You must be able to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
Excellent communication skills and telephone manner.
A genuine passion for customer service.
A desire to learn. Knowledge is power!
