Hotel Public Area Cleaner
Job Description
We are seeking a Public Area Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in a housekeeping department/hotel public area cleaning.
Duties:
- Clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms
- Empty trash cans and replace liners
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and artwork
- Vacuum carpets and sweep floors
- Clean windows and mirrors
- Restock supplies such as soap, paper towels, and toilet paper
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
Skills:
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
- Good communication skills to report any issues or concerns to management
The hours will be - 7.00am-4pm weekends included.
Cleaning experience and attention to detail are essential. Experience within a housekeeping setting would be beneficial as cleaning of hotel bedrooms will be required.
