Your role:

As a Public Area Cleaner, you will have excellent attention to detail in order to provide consistent standards. This is a vital role in the function of the hotel. You will love chatting to our guests offering help and assistance, you will be a great at multi-tasker, you will be efficient at solving guest enquiries and you will always have a smile for our teams and guests.



Joining the Housekeeping team, you will:


Keep shared spaces clean, fresh, and welcoming every day. Tackle cleaning tasks big and small, adjusting to the needs of the hotel and team. Respond quickly to guest requests and flag any maintenance issues you spot. Use cleaning equipment safely and help keep waste to a minimum. Pitch in with other housekeeping duties when needed -- we're all about teamwork!

We ask of you:

Deliver excellent standards. Use initiative. Be self-aware and able to evaluate your own work. Have a customer service attitude. Ability to multi-task and provide excellent attention to detail. Hold a genuine desire to provide an exceptional guest experience.
