Receptionist
Part time - 32 Hours
Shifts are between 7:00am-3:00pm and 3:00pm-11:00pm.
We are looking for a Receptionist at the Fairfield House Hotel. The role itself is the first point of contact for guests arriving to the hotel so ensuring they receive a warm welcome is key. You will also be tasked with checking guests in and out, using our booking system effectively, up-selling and answering any guests queries face to face or over the phone.

What you'll be doing?
Greeting and assisting guests at reception, ensuring a welcome atmosphere. Answering the phone to prospective customers and guests, taking messages and delivering them. Managing the hotel booking system, checking guests in and out, taking payments. Working in collaboration with other departments and managers to ensure efficiency and a seamless experience for guests.
What we're looking for?
Previous customer service or reception experience will be beneficial. Excellent Communications skills both oral and written. Professionally presented. Strong I.T. skills. Drivers Licence preferred.
