We're looking for a

warm, organised and professional Reception Team Member

to welcome guests to Aysgarth Falls Hotel. You'll be based in our beautifully designed reception area --

"The Nest"

-- and will play a key role in creating first impressions our guests will always remember.

What you'll be doing

Providing a friendly, efficient welcome and check-in/check-out experience Handling reservations, enquiries and guest requests (in person, phone and email) Supporting guests throughout their stay with knowledge of the hotel and local area Coordinating with housekeeping, restaurant and management team.
Working pattern

This is a

shift-based role between 8am and 8pm

, on a rotating basis, which will include:

Weekends Bank holidays Busy holiday periods
Flexibility is essential, and rotas are planned in advance.

We're looking for people who

Have previous front-of-house or customer service experience (hotel reception is a bonus) Are confident using computers and booking systems Communicate clearly, calmly and professionally Have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Enjoy working as part of a supportive team
