We're looking for a Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The Collective at Woolsery, a One MICHELIN Key rated property, has seven accommodations; three cottages and four separate hotel rooms. If successful, you will be responsible for greeting guests, check-in's and check outs, answering calls and enquiries, and assisting with the day-to-day hotel operations. You will report to the Guest Services Manager but will also be expected to work independently.
Responsibilities:
Creating guest files
Pre and post guest property inspections
Guest room billings
Stocking of mini bars
Maintaining GDPR
Data entry and admin support
Distribution of deliveries and orders
General office responsibilities
Other responsibilities as and when required by the company
Skills Required:
Consistent attention to detail
Excellent customer service
The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
At least 1 year in a similar role
High level of personal and professional presentation
This role will include weekends and evenings.
You must have reliable transportation, as public transportation to this location is limited and not within shift hours.
This is a full time position averaging 35 hours per week with the possibility of more hours during high season and to cover holidays.
Evening and weekend availability is essential.
