Saint Pauls House is a 34 Boutique Hotel, a stylish and welcoming destination in the heart of St Pauls Square, is looking for a receptionist to join our team.
About the role:
As the first point of contact for our guests you will pay a key role in creating memorable stays. You'll be responsible for:
. Greeting and checking in guests with efficiency and warmth.
. Handling Reservations and enquiries ( by phone, email, and in person )
. Managing check-out payments accurately
. Assisting with guests requests and providing local knowledge of the jewellery quarter
. Supporting smooth day to day hotel operations
What we are looking for:
. Minimum 2years experience in a receptionist or front of house experience ( hospitality preferred)
.Excellent communications and customer service skills
. A professional and friendly manner and a can-do attitude
.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
.Comfortable using booking systems and basic IT tools.
Hours:
Full time and part time available
Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
