The role

Receptionist

you will be working with the team to deliver a professional and thoughtful experience, having an in-depth understanding of in the systems we use, our room offerings and the ability to be a storyteller with our guests.

Responsibilities

- Accurate reservation making, Offering up to date tariffs including deals and packages.

- Welcome the guests, Be prepared for their arrival greeting them as if they are coming into your home.

- Understanding the Food and Beverage offerings inc Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner service.

- Gracefully walking the guest around the property, introducing them into our history.

- Being prompt in following up with guest requests.

- Fluid in information sharing amongst the team.

- Keeping all guest information up to date.

- Working alongside all departments to ensure a smooth guest journey.

- Cash handling.

- Upselling sales.

- Familiarity is key, introduce yourself and refer to the guest by their name.

- Handling guest feedback.

- Its not just doing your job, its offering an experience!
