We are seeking an Experienced friendly Front of House professional to join the team at our picturesque country house hotel.

Hours are varied and include weekends and Public Holidays

The role includes supporting the food and beverage team

Key Responsibilities:

Assist guests in reception with enquiries, providing information about the hotel amenities, services, and local attractions, both face to face and by phone. Ensuring you greet guests warmly as they enter the hotel, providing positive first impressions Deliver excellent levels of service across all front of house departments including weddings, bar restaurant and lounges. Monitoring front of house areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to safety standards. Supporting the management team with opening and closing procedures.

Skills and Experience:

Must have previous experience in a guest facing role in the hospitality industry. Reception /Food and beverage service experience essential Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed in fast-paced environments. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Car driver

Pay: Up to 13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
