The Role
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and highly organised
Hotel Receptionist
to be the first point of contact for our guests. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm welcome and seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
Key Responsibilities
Greeting guests with a warm and professional manner
Handling check-in and check-out efficiently
Managing reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems
Providing information on hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Handling guest queries, requests, and complaints with professionalism
Processing payments and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with housekeeping, restaurant, and spa teams to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not essential)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel booking systems (training provided)
A positive and customer-focused attitude
