Hellidon Lakes is a modern and stylish hotel resort offering a spectacular venue for golf breaks, business events & conferences, weddings and social functions, set amongst the glorious rolling hills of the Northamptonshire & Warwickshire countryside.

The hotel comprises 111 bedrooms, 16 Function rooms, Restaurant, 4 Resident Bars, New Wellness Centre, Gym, 27 Hole Golf Course, Tennis Court and its very own 10 Pin Bowling Alley. The Receptionist Role



We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Receptionist to join our Front Desk Team. Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience of a receptionist role in a busy hotel, although consideration will be given for experience gained in other hospitality roles, office administration or customer service.

Key responsibilities of the Receptionist include:

To ensure that all guests and visitors receive a warm welcome and a lasting first impression of the hotel. To be a point of contact for all hotel guests and to deal with all situations in a polite and courteous manner. To check guest in and out of the system quickly and efficiently To answer the phones To ensure public areas are clean and tidy after last guest retires and returned to standard layout. To ensure that the hotel has the correct information and requirements for all guests as they check in To be knowledgeable about the local area, attractions, directions and facilities and to supply this information to guests on request

The Ideal Receptionist should have:



Previous experience in a similar role or environment Experience and working knowledge of guest reservation systems Proactive approach to service challenges Good communication skills with guests and colleagues at all levels A calm and professional manner A good understanding of office administration Proficiency in MS Office applications High standard of personal presentation Own transport due to our location Shifts will vary from between 7am and 11pm and will include weekends.
