Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Maintain the reception area in a tidy and organised manner. Process reservations and manage booking systems effectively. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences. Assist with administrative tasks as required, including phone calls and emails.

Skills

Strong guest services skills with a focus on hospitality excellence. Excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally. Familiarity with hotel operations and booking systems is advantageous. Exceptional interpersonal skills to engage positively with guests and colleagues. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
