We are seeking an experienced, dedicated and friendly Hotel Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. As a Hotel Receptionist, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience and maintaining the smooth operation of the front desk.

Duties

Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly welcome Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services and local attractions Maintain accurate records of bookings and reservations Process payments and manage cash transactions securely Address any guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Assist with administrative tasks as required, including answering phone calls and responding to emails

Skills

Excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries and reservations effectively Previous hotel experience is advantageous, particularly in front desk operations Strong guest services skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences A background in hospitality is preferred, demonstrating an understanding of industry standards Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail
